The Blogging Life of A Noob

Nevertheless, I have played around with blogging more times than I can count on both my fingers and toes… Maybe let’s add in my nose, for good measure.

I have always thought it would be fun to have a blog to share things that I found interesting. So here I am. I started a blog. I have zero ideas where this will take me, or us for that matter. But I am starting, and I am going to make a plan to create wonderful things.

Furthermore, my eight-year-old would say, I’m a “Noob.” Well, what exactly is a noob? Definition of a noob is a person who is inexperienced in a particular sphere or activity, especially computing or the use of the internet. Yep, that’s me in a nutshell. I am very inexperienced, but the only way one can grow is by trying new things and stepping out of one shell. That’s exactly what I’m going to do.

So, in a nutshell, my name is Jessica. I’m a busy mom of two beautiful girls. If you notice, my logo has a cute adorable panda, that represents my oldest daughter. The unicorn is for my youngest, at their request to be involved in my logo making. Married my husband for over ten years (not sure how we managed that, I’m crazy). I recently became a Licensed Practical Nurse at the glorious age of 30. What was I thinking? I have no clue, but I love it. I also love to take my camera out and do some hobby photography, just for fun. You bet I will be sharing my photographs!

I’m not sure what kind of things I will post here, but before I get too deep into things. Yes, my grammar and writing skills suck. It’s true. It is what it is. I will try my best, correct me if you must, just be kind. This blog is going to be my “catch-22” everything and the kitchen sink. A bit of money talk (passive incomes), nurse stuff, family stories, what’s it like living in Saskatchewan, did I mention it’s -50’C outside right now? I have no clue what you’ll find here. But I hope you enjoy your stay and come again. Feel free to interact and share your stories 🙂
